Europe of today is not the Europe of yesterday. But gradual awakening is not yet a wake.

The same about the larger Transeuropean world of democracies. All illusions about achieved post-war stability and peaceful developments in a course of international cooperation, appeared gimmicks. So dreamed peace among nations is out of business. The only international law for Russia is force majeur. The very world peace is at stake, becoming the major challenge and blackmail of today: go and capitulate, for an arrogant and desperate international dictator.

Do obey him if you want to live; there are no jokes anymore. And that would be the longstanding Peace – Pax Ruthena.

Peacekeepers everywhere etc. Of course, the European and world problem is not Ukraine, but Russia.

As one could say – that's the beginning of an end. The question remains: the end of whom? Either of Europe, or Russia? Why are they incompatible?

Similarly, very bad omen would be to state about an end of United Nations.

The lines crossed by Mr. Putin and his team do not leave a space for non-capitulating compromises, thus we can foresee only the resistance.

How to define current "spiritual" situation of/in Russia?

Take, to your imagination, allegedly, Germany with its national-socialist doctrines revived and sinking once more in an overwhelming revengist delirium, – plus its nuces, navy, armies and space force dominating over the Europe, – and last but not least, the heads inspired by an ideology of historical mission to put the declining post-Christian world under the true, what means, German order!

Stop, there is no nazi Germany anymore! Yes, but there is fascist Russia of all the same limited, aggressive mentality and fanatic idea to rule, at least, all the Europe. Who's next?

If Western civilization and world democracy system – as a benchmark – is not broken yet by fear and not capitulating, several provisions could be elaborated there as eventualities responding the matters.

UNO was build up to preserve the world peace, to prevent after the WWII, the new global clashes. So many illusionist dreamers were happy getting nicely sounding chartas, signed by allegedly responsible nations and rulers, – and all that now lies in a trash.

Really? Maybe not; only the Security Council proved itself being inact and out of duties. For that case, there is a provision of 1950, the famous Resolution 377 of UNGA "Uniting for Peace" on abilities of General Assembly to act bypassing SC when one of permanent members becomes an aggressor itself and goes vetoing necessary steps to defend world peace. That legitimate source could be recalled now for action, at least, for a debate, if the very UNO is not splitted into those favouring the peace and favouring the aggressor. What in such a case? Would it mean the UN as a tool for peace is worthless anymore?

The situation in UN can be realized and solved by rather the simplest approach. If the member of an organization goes breaching all his commitments contained, as now, in founding UN Charter and signed conventions, then unfortunately, such a member consciously takes the position out of membership. In full respect to its will, that would be enough to state about and say: Russia itself seized to be with us; good luck, former friend.

And let us not forget that out of any provisional elaborations, the green tree of life is blossoming its own ways. Nobody may know the course of all synchronized events in the world and consequences of one's actions. For example, take one very special peculiarity. Nobody may say now, to what extent and level the top secret contacts between the CDT (Civilization Defence Team) and Supreme leadership of China are developed.

Anyway, among the topics on global future there is one concrete provision, that in case of Russia's deep involvement in its eventual revengist European war, China will have free hands to deal with North-East areas of Asian continent, excluding Japan, but especially with Trans-Baikalian lands until Amur river, which about 250 years ago were affiliated and paying taxes to the Emperors of China.

As chairman Mao have said still in sixties on that case: what a significance for China are 200 years?

An additional remark in his interview then was about Russia: "they took everything what they could". In line with this valuation, today "they" think being able to take more, including Alaska.

Therefore, the previous point about the beginning of an end discovers variety of options.

God bless, that the agony of the last European Empire, still unable to cope with postcolonial syndrome of previous habits and become a cooperative democracy, will not turn into an Armageddon. For what sake – for territories in ashes, for vanity of just passing grandeur?

We should pray, parliamentarians, even socialists and liberals, that Providence is able to bring the sound reasons into mind of Russian leadership and Christian calmness of peace into their hearts.
